Modi's Russia Visit Signals 'Resilient' Ties With Putin

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is expected to meet with President Vladimir Putin during his two-day visit to Russia. According to India's Foreign Secretary, relations between New Delhi and Moscow remain "resilient" and both sides have "several issues" to discuss. Jon Herskovitz reports on Bloomberg Television.

Unless the US decides to become India’s main supplier of weapons and oil, India must maintain a relationship with Russia.
