Kezzianne and Chef Jason finally get around to making the highly requested Peanut Punch recipe:

Yield: 4 (6 oz) Portions

INGREDIENTS

1½ Cup Evaporated Milk
1½ Cup Whole Milk
Dash of Cinnamon Powder
Pinch Fresh Grated Nutmeg
1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
Dash of Aromatic Bitters
1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter (Room Temperature)
1 cup Condensed Milk
2 Tbsp Granola (Garnish)

METHOD

1. Place KitchenAid Blender container vessel on your counter and pour in both the evaporated and whole milk. Add the cinnamon powder, nutmeg, vanilla essence and bitters in.
2. Carefully place in the peanut butter, drizzle in the condensed milk and cover vessel with rubber guard provided.
3. Begin to blend and pulverize the peanut punch to incorporate and process all the ingredients until smooth for about 45 seconds on speed 2.
4. Place a few blocks of ice into your glasses and pour over the peanut punch. Sprinkle with a little granola over each drink and serve.

Well if I may ask please - Christmas is coming and As things have most of us at home can you give us a Christmas series eg. how to bake black cake, turkey, ham, pastels, sorrel, ginger beer, the hold longer time Christmas spread. I’m sure viewers will appreciate that very much. Thank you. Please keep safe.

Top 3 places I frequented in Trinidad:

1. Brown's (St James, he only comes out at around 9pm mostly weekends) hands down legendary, no close competition. He has a signature concoction call 'Tropical' I seriously had to ask him if this was still punch he doing tasted like nothing I ever had before. Whole other level.

2. Horsepower (Downtown corner of George & Independence Sq. The area is a little rough to venture but there are gems to be found in rough places)
They have the widest and weirdest variety of blends I ever saw from aloes to eddoes to shark fin moss or just get the usual which is awesome.

3. Harry's (they used to have a mobile cart in front of New City Mall, Downtown)They had a blend with peanut, banana & linseed together with granola, glucose power and pureed ice, tasted somewhere in between a milkshake and icecream.
