"They actually encourage you to talk to people" - so simple yet says so much.

Aew treats people better because pretty much all of them was the ones treated wrongly in wwe

So happy to hear this, because this means people like Cody, Moxley, Jericho, Punk and other WWE alumni are taking care of the new generation and making sure they dont have to go through the same BS that they have to deal for years, i just finished reading Moxley book and saw a couple of Cm Punk interviews and its sad to learn how they had such a bad time because of the toxic enviorment that WWE actually encourages, and both guys were earning millions of dollars and both said it was not worth it
Madi is such a charismatic girl, hopefully AEW signs her

Honestly who wouldn't want to work in a NON-Toxic environment ?

Tony khan appreciates fans EVERYTIME for attending despite being a 7x richer billionaire than vince who doesn’t give a sh*t to people. Tony Khan after dynamite goes off air literally bends down to his knees to thank fans for coming.

One of the hidden gems about the pandemic editions of Dark/Elevation are seeing the wrestlers around ringside bring the energy. I always love watching Kilynn King dancing to TH2's theme song. And Madi Wrenkowski has some great facial expressions 😆

WWE strikes me as a pretty miserable place to work until you manage to negotiate the myriad of backstage customs and cliques. Even then, shit gets chopped and changed and the rug gets pulled out from under people at the whim of an aging promoter who's long since lost his creative touch (though he's still a great businessman...calm down any fanboys that were just about to get mad that I dared to insult Vince). The WWE hierarchy seems more interested in keeping a firm distance between levels of talent, and often feels like they actively try to get in the way of talent succeeding. Look at Karrion Kross. He had a thing going in NXT that worked so they set about removing all the elements of that, giving him a goofy gladiator look after having him job to Jeff Hardy right out the gate, then they wondered why he didn't get over on the main show? Bizarre.

Obviously you want to get paid well; however, I'd rather get paid a little less money and be happy and comfortable where I work versus being at a toxic work environment.

I might just be a mark, but every single thing I hear about AEW, and TK, sound like a place run by genuinly good human beings.

Vince as a joke said he would fire more of his stars and send them to Tony Khan as a reaction to the releases on a media call....that is his actual "employees" so why he care about Indie wrestlers. That is why AEW even exist because of former employees leaving WWE. So yeah it's not a surprise at all.

This is why I always support AEW, because how they treat their wrestlers as a human being, ,

My dream is to be a pro wrestler one day. I’ve always wanted to be in WWE, but with the way Vince is treating his talent is just a punch in the face, especially to those who used to work at WWE are now at AEW. Which is why I want to be in AEW, because 1. Tony Khan loves and cares about his employees even if their are former WWE guys, 2. The environment in AEW is NON-TOXIC unlike Vince’s work environment. And 3. The people there are nice, and the wrestlers who work there are very happy even former WWE guys and girls, so I mean who doesn’t want to work with AEW a lot more? The only thing I won’t do in AEW is trash talk WWE no matter who bad they are, sure I’ll talk about them, but I won’t run my mouth saying that I’m better than them. So this is why I’d rather much wrestle for AEW rather than WWE.

I miss Madi, hope to see her back on AEW soon - or wherever she ends up, I’m a fan.

This reads in the ring. Watching Dark is super interesting because the jobbers actually feel like talent enhancement. They're trying to get their stuff over, they look confident, and it legitimately does seem like they have the mindset of "get the crowd behind you and maybe you'll be on the other side of this every now and again." There's even proof of that in a lot of the lower card of the roster.

AEW needs to sign Madi Wrenkowski already. She definitely has the look, the it-factor and is a great talent. Saw her at an indie show in SF last month and she was definitely one of the highlights and one of the major reasons I went

Hopefully she gets a contract offer soon

I look forward to seeing Madi really heel it up on AEW in the future.

I’ve heard nothing but good things about the vibe backstage at AEW and that’s why it bothers me so much that so many people hate on AEW. Love him or hate him, Tony Khan clearly knows how to appreciate and respect his talent. Something Vince McMahon still hasn’t learned how to do. I’m happy that AEW exists so now talent has a big platform to go and make money and be valued after WWE having a stranglehold on the business for 20 years. Even if you don’t like AEW I’d rather much rather respect a company that treats their employees right than a company who fires 70 people in a year

Honestly I’ve stayed out of the whole wwe vs aew stuff, I only watch each on occasion now, but this is definitely one of the most damning thing I’ve heard for wwe. Any logical person would want to be in a position to feel appreciated and respected.

I gave up on wrestling a few years ago because WWE just seemed weird without any consistency. AEW has me hooked again and with these different videos, vlogs, and other such vids on the wrestlers, I can tell that her claim is just that extremely true. That little bit of difference in vibe can make a world of difference. AEW is doing something very correct right now and should stay on that track.

A cutie with good mat skills, ring presence and potential if given the push.
