The reason he doesn’t like democracy is because he knows that behind closed doors 70% or more of New Zealanders would rather not obsess over past grievances at the expense of moving NZ forward as one nation. It’s Māori like him that are a weight on NZ’s shoulders, preventing growth and advancement. Every day, they find a way to distract NZ from becoming a stronger, wealthier, more competitive country, and we all have to play along because of faux guilt. Time to throw out the rotten eggs.
