I'm a registered Democrat who doesn't share Bri"s obsession with the Israel-Palestine issue. I don't understand why any American who isn't Jewish or of Palestinian descent would prioritize this issue over all of the serious problems our country has that RFK Jr wants to fix.

I intend to write in Kennedy and, having lived in Israel myself, am absolutely in agreement that his blanket statements about Israel/Palestine are way off base -- but I also feel that he is genuine enough so as to resist the MIC and lobby influence so as to open that up for serious examination. I'm absolutely 'left progressive;' worked on both of Bernie's campaigns, voted for Stein in 2016 (though I live in a v blue state) - so she should reexamine that blanket statement.

For a middle class american who is a diabetic, it makes sense to fly to France 4 times a year on French Bee and get your meds in France! The medication for diabetes is so much cheaper than in the US (even with insurance). Many Americans are already doing this.

I was told by my Medicare provider that I had to pay $40 a piece for necessary asthma rescue inhalers. When I ask for a tier exception to lessen the expense, I was told that if I wanted to spend less money I should get a cheaper inhaler. So I had to do that and guess what? The cheaper inhalers are cheaper for a reason. I ended up using the cheaper one so much that I was going through them twice as fast and actually spending more by having to get them refilled so often. I'm a disabled low-income senior citizen and I shouldn't have to pay for any Healthcare at all. I certainly shouldn't have to use inferior products in order to be able to afford my medications. That's not Healthcare, that's extortion with the threat of death.
