TIPs:

• Τα Λουκάνικα τα βράζουμε μέχρι να φουσκώσουν όχι όμως να ανοίξει η μεμβράνη τους
• Τα Κεφτεδάκια τα τηγανίζουμε ιδανικά μέχρι να ροδίσουν αλλά όχι να γίνουν πολύ τραγανά για να παραμείνουν ζουμερά μέσα
• Η Τυροσαλάτα #Pitenis αντικαθιστά το γάλα στον κιμά
• Τα μυρωδικά και το αλατοπίπερο είναι υλικά που μπαίνουν σε ποσότητα κατά βούληση
