I hate it when people think they know it all, but have absolutely no idea what the hell they're talking about.

Sadly, the producer of this video knows only enough to fool people into thinking he is knowledgeable when, in fact, he knows almost nothing of the subject he expounds. If you want to know about this subject, this is not the video for you. You won't be better informed. On the contrary, you will be misinformed...

You’re statement was wrong. Wearing hats has nothing to do with the Talmud and kosher laws is from the Torah and only the slaughter is from the Mishnah which is actually one of the biggest proofs the oral Torah is from God

How can you say this when the average religious Jewish kid that finishes Jewish school has learnt more tanakh than a priest

As a Mizrahi Jew, I have read and studied the Tanakh in its original language like the majority of other Jews for thousands of years. Hashem specifically said that anyone who repents will be forgiven and forgotten repeatedly. The purpose of the Messiah does not include dying for mankind's sin. In fact, Hashem prohibited human sacrifices. We are an educated people. Who rejects your Messiah. That follows the God of Israel and Israel alone!

And what exactly was the bible that Jesus referred to, and the Scriptures that Paul referred to? The NT didn’t exist in their time! They were both referring to the Jewish Scriptures, the Tanach.

No Jews believe in Jesus as the messiah. Jews do read the Bible…the original Bible. Your Old Testament is a Christian translation of the Tanakh. Tanakh doesn’t mean Old Testament. Below is why Jews don’t believe in Jesus nor the New Testament.

There is so much wrong with this video I could make a whole video on it. You talk with so much confidence like you know everything but you don’t

The word T-N-K comes from the first letter of each section of the book, (T=Torah, N= the Hebrew word for Prophet, K= the Hebrew word for writings). Ancient Hebrew didn't have vowels, so they put the "eh" sound in-between each Consonant...

The Jewish Bible, also called the Torah, or Hebrew Bible, or Tanakh, was translated into English using the Masoretic text. For example:
JPS Tanakh 1917
תורח נביאים וכתובים
THE HOLY SCRIPTURES
ACCORDING TO THE MASORETIC TEXT

The Christian Old Testament was translated into English using the same Hebrew language Masoretic text.

You are quoting NIV and standing it up against the hebrew - the Tenakh and the old testament are not the same, go back to what the writings of the new testament are "based" on - hebrew not english

Sign of Jonah is that be will he alive when he ought to be dead (thrown into the sea and eaten by a fish). That was the sign of Jesus - ought to be dead (killed by torture, crucifixion) but remained ALIVE! Christians misinterpret this text.

Jews DO read the Bible. They study it in incredible depth in its original language. The NT is not part of the original Scriptures. It was added a few thousand years later. It is not relevant to them, as these additional writings contradict the Jewish Scriptures. And God says Not to add to the Scriptures. The Talmud is not only rabbinical scholarship, which Jews do read and respect, as you would listen to a professor at university. The Torah was given orally, and then Moses wrote it down, as well as Joshua for the final bit. There are things in the written Torah that need Oral explanation. E.G. God says the animals must be slaughtered ‘in the way I have shown you’. There are no written instructions. This was passed on orally, as were the restrictions for the Sabbath, the definition of ‘afflict yourselves’ for Yom Kippur, etc etc.

If a Jewish person believe in Jesus he's no longer Jewish and us Jewish people we do not call our Bible the Old testament it's a Christian term we call it Tanakh ✡️

I think, to echo others, this video has major errors in it. Thanks for trying to spread some awareness and clarify, but I think the teacher could benefit from revision.

The Talmud is one of the most racist pieces of writings ever written.
