Here is a brief timeline. Year 1 Hurricane Harvey flooded his office. Year 2 oil went from ~$80/barrel to ~$40/barrel. Year 3 he had the grand idea to open a 2nd business. And year 4 a pandemic went down. The jury is still out on year 5, but he thinks it looks pretty spectacular so far!
