Imagine 1st move would just be Stealing Quirk type thing that steals someone's ult ability
Or Decay which just the User destroys the ground in a Large Radius just by touching the ground then causes Huge AOE Damage and Damage Overtime. Basically just Saitama's Table Flip but does Damage overtime and it doesn't fling you up to the sky
