Infusion opened in 2007 at Blackpool Pleasure Beach Resort after firstly being installed at Southport Pleasureland back in 1999 under the name of Traumatizer and after the park closed in 2005 it was relocated to where it sits now

When it opened at Blackpool it was dubbed as the worlds first coaster fully over water
