In the state of war Punjab, the chief ministerial face is still on hold but the party has cleared the fact that on Sunday Congress will declare its CM face for Punjab. Meanwhile, the war of words continues between Navoj Singh Sidhu and Charanjit Channi.

Notably, Cricketer turned politician has taken a jibe at CM Channi's tenure and called it a 'trailer', however, Punjab CM has not responded yet. In the other corner Captain Amarinder Singh has shown his support to Sunil Jakhar.

Sidhu's attack on the Gandhis and on Channi will do him no good.
I dont think Sidhu should be made the the CM.
As a Congress supporter I don't approve of Sidhu's diatribes against the Gandhis.
Sidhu's outburst is most unbecoming.
He should join the Aap or Amarinder and his party if he wishes to become CM.
He is not required in the party for the simple reason he has no business to talk against the party being in the party.

In future Congress should be aware. No defectors especially from the BJP should be inducted into the party.
It is also high time Rahul Gandhi inducted the old guard and fresh guard like Pilot Tharoor and Tiwari to lead the party in all forth coming elections.

Many talented leaders are in the party whose services should be utilized.
As repeated so often, Gandhis should remain in the background and let the more intelligent, charismatic and experienced leaders lead the party.
It should nor waste any more time.
Many Indians are still looking forward to the Congress Party to administer the country.
People are fedup with the divisive politics of the BJP.
