How can i add a tactical handle to collar? And would it be strong

at no point do you explain how you introduce the second color into the core, the video you linked to create the core is a single strand all the same color. I now have 2 14 foot lengths of paracord that I cut for this and no idea where to start\

You start the clock, but then don't start from the beginning? That's cheating 😢. You know, you can say 3 minutes and really start in the beginning and show till the end!
