Seam Welding Stainless Steel Mesh Filter

In this example, we welded a stainless steel mesh filter in two methods: First, we used the Sunstone CD400DP_RS welder in Roll Spot Mode to quickly spot weld along the seam with a rolling electrode. Secondly, we used the Sunstone AC Welder in Seam Mode to create a single weld along the entire seam. Both systems worked well and provided great results
