ASMR Cleaning, No Talking

In this video I am cleaning my kitchen and bedroom, polishing furniture and mopping floors. This is a no talking video as I show you my cleaning routine. You will hear scraping, wiping, spraying, polishing, washing sounds.
As a reminder, this is not an instructional video, just a day from my housekeeping life.

In battling years-long severe insomnia, so far I’ve had 4 overnight sleep studies in 3 states; bought more than a dozen different pillows (for the head), silk and satin pillowcases, a custom mattress cover, body pillow, knee pillow, weighted blanket, duvet, and easily 10 different types of sheets (fabric, thread count, hypoallergenic); tried a whole store’s worth of herbal, mineral, and manmade supplements and well over 20 prescriptions; bought several devices that provide focused light therapy, sound machines and apps, fetal heartbeat machines and apps, guided self hypnosis, meditation, and sleep stories, using 3-4 different screens and filters for my PC, iPad and cell; experimented with timing of reflexology and various other body, cranial sacral and facial massage therapies, cold showers, hot showers, hot baths, and hydrotherapy; tested various theories on when and what to eat/not eat/drink/not drink; went to “regular” therapist, neurologist, the cognitive behavioral therapist, and tried all recommended disengagement techniques, including keeping overnight dream journal, writing to-do list before turning off lights, reading/audiobooks/no reading/no audiobooks, working out/not working out, watching/not watching movies/TV, bedtime only when ready to sleep/set and consistent/inconsistent across week, wake time set/not set and consistent/inconsistent across week, and snooze bar not OK/OK for X number of times for X minutes. I know I’m forgetting several things… The point is, less than 2 minutes after I started watching the slow, methodical dusting of the dresser trim, I was OUT. God bless you. Seriously.

Ladies and gentlemen, I have to admit that I fell in love with the small tables from 13:34. You can see what is older, it has been through a lot. You could say it "lived" and as you can see it is cared for and loved, I like that very much. More beautiful than a lot of new things that are "bombed" with every day, everything is made flawless and polished. Really a very relaxing video, but I have to admit that it causes a bit of guilty pleasure in me. Seeing the lady at work, but we do it all for the tingles, right? Thank you an all the best.

As I understand it with these cooktops, this shouldn't happen. So why in the name of all that's holy do you have to use a blade to clean it? Just one more reason I don't have one.
