Beautiful! Except I would lose the veranda. Put all the bedrooms upstairs to open up more space downstairs. Then add a roof deck for outdoor living space.

This is the perfect sized home. Spacious with a beautiful design inside and out. Love the balcony as well! Big houses are a bunch of wasted space and rooms that are rarely used...more to clean, furnish and maintain.

Developer Here (Hopefully this comment gets liked so everyone asking can see): This home is *approx* 452 SQFT - 527 SQFT and would cost any where between $65, 000 USD - $189, 000 USD to build in the United States. By adding an additional 2 meters (6 FT) would increase the homes CTB by $20, 000 USD - $32, 000 depending on the area. Ultimately, these efficient smaller home designs are becoming extremely popular! Good Work!
