I achieved the slowest speed I could in hypixel skyblock. It was crazy!!!!

You can get slower by setting rancher boot cap to 5 2/4 heavy armour and wardenhelmet

1. Heavy reforge on helmet
2. Recombobulator on all set pieces to decrease speed
3. Water source on head

There's also a glitch with young where if you enter a lobby with it and then take it off, you get -70% speed

On the day rancher boots was released you were able to get 1 speed by modifying your speed using the rancher's boots, so yeah... good effort to the video tho! :D

If u recombobulate the heavy armor the reforge stats will increase(including the -speed, even tho it will only remove 3 more speed)

You forgot to hold an emerald blade with over 26bil in your purse. That slows you down a lot.

If there's a reforge for accessories that gives less speed, you can always use that.
