I think there is misunderstanding in Rt /Lt of CT segment as vertebrates are at back and sternum in front so the right and left must be decided accordingly but there is misunderstanding kindly clear that.

In the 2nd case there is no obliteration of Left hemidiaphragm, how can we say that the consolidation is in the left lower lobe ?
Can we just comment that the consolidation is in the left middle zone ?

In 1:25 is this an AP view ?
