Dang I just want to let you all know that watching this like I was.
I am now out of the hospital with a pulled hammy, and a lower back pain from squeezing my cheeks so hard, shouldn’t say but also crapped my shorts when the guy blown his whistle at the same time as this guy crashed.
It sucks being in my 60’s now and not racing, I get injured more watching the races. Hahaha

If you still question why body armor, especially back protector, is mandatory - this is a case study. Rolled out of it like a cat, but he potentially wouldn't have walked away from it without that back protector.
