In Germany I've seen S6 Lite (2022) being sold for around 250 euros discounted... Buying the S9+ for literal 4 times the price was a hard pill to swallow.

Most people get it as a budget drawing tablet and it is still the best bang for you buck. Also it seems Samsung may be releasing a 2024 edition so we can at least expect it to possibly get slightly better specs since they seem to know what people are buying it for.

I got this around a month ago, and I've been really liking it so far!
This is my first REAL tablet, so I don't want to expect anything super cutting edge or powerful yet.

The S Pen is very fun to use and has a decent amount of versatility!
The screen is good for the price, but my model (SM-P613) DOES sadly have that light bleed issue.
A little more subtle and not as bad as the one shown in this video, but definitely noticable.

I definitely plan on going for something more powerful and expensive in the future, but for my first tablet in YEARS... I think the Tab S6 Lite (2022) does a fairly decent job!

I've had this tablet for a while and it's a saviour for me. I use it everyday for university. Well, outside of university too.
It works with YouTube just fine, I draw on it for fun, I play Honkai Star Rail on it, etc...
It's more than worth the price in my opinion.

I enjoy taking photos of the board or slides and integrate it in my notes.

My stylus works great, doesn't seem to have any problems and has good sensitivity.

For day-to-day use is more than good. Sometimes you really don't need something extra expensive. Yeah, you can get a S9 and pay a lot more for it, but do you really need the better performance? That's what I think people should consider.

It's great for drawing and studying and watching content, works great with some emulation apps, ppsspp and duckstation work nicely on, heck it can play some ps2 games too, I tried ffx and RE4 and they work nicely, overall it's small enough to carry around and draw on, btw ibis paint pairs nicely with it

The tablet itself is still great. The major consideration would be the updates. The new A9 Plus I would seriously consider due to upgrades, you loose Dex and the pen though.

The S6 lite competes with the new A9 Plus not the S line of tablets.

I already have an s9 ultra and love it, but I am thinking about getting something to use when out of the house to draw so I don't have to unleash the behemoth (especially since holding it just in my hands is hard becauye they're small - love the size at home though!)
I'm not sure whether I should pick up the ipad mini 6/7 eventually or the s6 lite ... the s6 lite is way cheaper of course and integrates better with my ultra and a54 but the mini is the perfect size and so fast.
Mostly don't want to miss out but I also never had an ipad

Brought a couple last year and updated to android 14. I expect relevance to me years to come. Cannot go back to a non stylus tab again. Tip - buy replacement nibs sooner than later. Mine hasn't wanted change yet.

I got it for ₹35000 last year, but now you can get s9 fe for 37000, i regret buying it in 2023, i should wait until 2024 😢😢
