Thank you for featuring Proopsy in one of your videos. I took your advice and contacted him for modular homes, and the house have been incredible. Paid slightly less than $29k, and now I’ve paid off my $129k 15 year loan in 8 months. Now totally debt free because I rent it out on Airbnb. Love having no debt for the last 5 months. I love all these smaller units you've been highlighting, but what I think I'll want is something about twice the size. Like two of these side by side. (I know, that's modular or a double-wide, but these high quality and stylish units are quite nice.)

Connect Home? Where are they located? This looks great Kerry. Thank you for sharing. When working through college I gained a SAG/AFTRA card. So ng editing and sound for film. Heads up: love the music choice but this is what we call a music bed. Turn it way down so we can clearly hear what you're saying.
Turn the voice track up a bit. Are these mod builders in Canada or the States? How so it looks great.
