Six high school student's who are all victims of bullying join an after-school program for bullying victims, lead by a man who recently experienced a tragedy due to an act of bullying. The stories of everyone involved with this after-school program, including the counselor, begin to unfold and intertwine into a brilliant mix of drama, triumph, comedy and inspiration.

Bullies get their strength from their victims being silent, not fighting back and also having an audience i.e. persons who stand by and do nothing. This is taken as approval of their behaviour. Even cyber bullying is on the rise. Bullying is a serious problem which sometimes results in people taking their own lives. No matter the situation, do not tolerate bullying. You deserve to live your life in peace whether it is at school, at the workplace or in public. Stand up for your right and for the right of the victim who cannot do it for himself/herself. Hope Lives is a well-done film about bullying in high school, with a couple of unexpected turns that land on what I think is the most important message of all — forgiveness. It’s not a perfect movie, but it doesn’t have to be. It’s honest. It’s emotional. And it’s worth your time.

Brianna’s grandmother? She absolutely won my heart. I don’t even know if we say “actress” anymore, but her performance was fantastic — full of warmth, strength, and truth.

This is a tearjerker, but it’s got purpose. It’s respectful, sincere, and it earns a solid thumbs up from me.

This story really touched my heart..I was teased a lot because I was overweight when I was in school and my self-esteem was very low...Even as an adult, but later in years when I really understood the Word of God and really had a relationship with the Holy Trinity, I am getting better..It took a many years..We have to FORGIVE...I really enjoyed Wanda and the other victims how they matured....12/23/2024.
