As a woman, I would prefer someone who is upfront and honest. It’s ok if someone is deep and there is more to be discovered. But being ‘mysterious’ and aloof is not attractive. It comes off as disinterested and unreliable. Just be yourself and communicate.

2) She pulls away if you were the wrong guy from day 1 but since you are available why not having some entertaimnent.
3) Some women are not relationships materials for a start.
4) if you are applying for the job you want with the salary you want and they make the recruitment east for you with no games and no suspense. Actually, it's quite simple - do what you like to do, what brings you fun and fullfilment, have some life quests. Not only it will divert attention from women but you will have a lot to talk to her about your life and challenges. Women, deep down, really appreciate men with mission. They may not like it from time to time, as she just going through mood swings, but eventually she will follow and support you, if she's obviously decent human, not attention loving, delusional princess. In that case it's a clear sign she won't value what you value and get her free pass to go. Boys, we do love and do care, but put yourself first.
