I really appreciate you taking time and energy and sharing your reading of this book. I enjoyed the review very much. What I love most about Chatergee's book is how he manages to systemetize the key points into a nice 4 pillar model, so it makes it so easy.

Dr Chatterjee's book is packed with practical advice. A daily practice that had massive impact on my wellbeing is meditation. Relaxation and sleep are the key chapters that hit home for me.

If people don’t have time to read the book he has done a masterclass on the app Calm which I’ve listened to. He talks about each pillar in each masterclass so it gives people a really good idea of the book. It’s changed my practice too.

This sounds like a very interesting book, with quite a realistic approach to these subjects! I will definitely look into it! A question I have that is not directly related to this review is: I think I heard you mentioning in an earlier video that you are a vegan? That's something I wanted to aspire to myself, but my psychiatrist told me that especially when you struggle with mental health issues, you should eat fat fish 3 times a week and that a vegan diet isn't healthy. Would you like to share your opinion on that maybe? Thanks for the review!
