Reach currently has around 753 employees, with customer agents and the management staff, 25% of whom are female employees.
Due to the lack of job opportunities in the Palestinian economy, much of our workforce is more educated than usual for a call center; the majority is recent college and university graduates who are trying to establish their households. This statistic provides hope to the younger generation of Palestinians who are trying to start a career and support their families. Additionally, our company is known for its excellent working atmosphere and the chances offered to our workforce for educational improvement and advancement in the company. This makes us a sought-after employer in the region.

Challenged people: Reach is the only contact center in Palestine committed to ensuring that 10% of its employees are physically challenged. It is important to note that by law, companies in Palestine are required to hire 5% of their employees with special needs. Even though the law is in place, it is not enforced or monitored by the government. However, Reach has taken it upon itself to implement self-monitoring tools to double this requirement.
