Monitoring Domestic Violence Courts

WomenatthecentrE, an organization of gender-based violence survivors, launched a court-watch project to monitor Toronto's Specialized Domestic Violence Courts. The Agenda learns what the project uncovered, how effective court-watching is as an agent of change and what the group hopes will improve in Ontario's domestic violence court system.
