That last jig was excellent. Takes out all the guesswork.

The last one was excellent. Very clever. Nice easy way to calibrate the horizontal guide. All 3 were great, thanks for demystifying jigs.

Well gotta say that last jig is actually very thoughtful and easy way to get it right. Doesn't have to be perfectly straight cuz you'll cut it to match anyway, and in that makes it that much easier to do the miter gauge. Thank you for sharing and I'm glad I saw that!

My initial comment after the first two:

“This is a little bit under my skill set, but a couple years ago this would’ve been great to watch. Good quality, good edits, really fine video”

My final comment after the third one:

“WHY HAVE I NEVER THOUGHT OF THAT TO GET MY BLADE AT 90 AND MY MITRE GAUGE?!”

Great job man! Subbed!🎉🎉🎉🎉

Seems like with the parallel jig you could do 90 crosscuts without a miter gauge by having another piece of wood to support the off cut.
A pivot point on the far end of the same jig could handle angle cuts. Jigs are the best.

i manufacture replacement dewalt table saw fences. the stock fence is trash. my fence can be easily dialed in 90 to the table or 15 + - degrees away from center allowing you to cut more than 45 degree bevels for table top edges raised panels etc... but mostly i designed the fence so it would truly be square to the table with a quick adjustment. in all honesty i re designed every component to fit the dewalt saw so you could use anything as a fence, 80x20, solid lumber, aluminum extrusion. my brackets re use the steel hook from the stock saw and bolt right up. i also have some optional components that are so intricate the only way to mfg is 3d print. they'll be available for sale soon.

Miter guage is set 90 degrees to the slot, not to the blade. Blade should be set parallel to the slot

Speaking from experience. Do not use the plastic push sticks that come with the saw. Just make your own. If they touch the blade they basically explode and kickback directly toward you and trust me it hurts like hell. I got lucky. Just make your own out of scraps so it cuts instead of explodes.

Yeah bought same saw because of so many tests saying that this was the best one. Had it for 3 years and finaly get rid of this crap - so noisy and bad with a bit thicker materials...

the plastic push sticks are not good, if you hit the blade with them it could chip and hit you.

Look at this guy! He's got his trucker hat, Buddy Holly specs, a cute little beard and a flannel shirt and he's showing us the three most popular YT jigs for his brand new DeWalt table saw.

Do not use that push stick. It's way too tall and therefore unstable. To be fair, nobody ever agrees on the right style push stick, but this one will tip over if the wood binds up.
