I couldn't even imagine about finishing the coat, I did it in a semi-industrial way without so many hand stitches and basting... it was an odyssey. You are amazing! Your skills are incredible, I will continue practicing to be like you!! Omw to become a fashion designer!!

Girl! You got some mad skills. Don't believe I could even have the patience to do this, let alone have the correct equipment. I am just in awe with the finished product. Thanks for sharing and blessing to you and all in the New Year.

Love your videos. In 9th grade Home Econ, I made a worsted wool, full-length, double-breasted, fully lined coat with bound buttonholes. Drove the teacher crazy because I went too fast for her. In the end, I was very happy with my coat, used class time & their equipment to make my winter coat. Got an A+.

Beautifully beautifully done! Lovely to see some expert hand tailoring. Most people don't have a clue about what lies under the glorious out fabric. Well done❤😊

Beautifully sewn using classic tailoring techniques, not seen much these days with many home sewers.

Totally love this video. Total respect for your skills and patience. Glad you are showing your antique iron still being used. I have a collection and after seeing this video I moved two of them to the shelf just above my ironing station. And one of them belonged to my Grandmother whom I think was the greatest seamstress of them all. But, we all love our Grandmas. Your skills are wicked good. Thank you for this and all of your other videos.

I haven’t sewn anything before so I can’t even say I’m a beginner yet. But watching your form, techniques, and meticulous attention to detail really is inspirational! One day I hope to make my own coat!
