How to Fix Clan Wars:

1. Make it Gang Wars (Gang instead of Clan), make the clans divide themselves in parts instead of making it a full-clan thing.

2. Make the card gathering phase of a war last at least 2 weeks... gathering all the time gets boring...
3. A clan Gang would be able to make a "Raid" and that would send them on a Boat to that battle island (5-6 guys are fine for each Clan).

4. A raid is like a one day tournament (between 5 or more clans); each gang member play once (just like clan wars); but the leader (the guy who gathered the team) play twice.

5. One Clan can play the maximum of 3 gang wars simultaneously; and one person can only play one Clan War each cycle (2 weeks); that means everybody would have chances to make his gang and play;

6. In the end of the gang war cycle people from the clans would "share the spoils" between whoever participated from the whole cycle (that means you don't get the prizes if you keep swapping clans like a crazy person)

7. Give more titles the clan leaders can give to the clan mates. Some ideas are "Clan Strategist"; "Clan Enforcer" etc, those guys are colliders with "special functions" cause they will have special tools during wars (Strategists for example can send Clan Public messages with strategy tips, during the Gang Wars Cycle freely); Clan Enforcers will have detailed participation graphics from each player in the clan, that make them more capable of judging a guy who is "inactive" in the clan (that's why he is an enforcer) - those are just examples, many more titles can be made...

Why those changes are important?

Cause clan wars will get really boring after you get the 20k gold quest prize (it's just stressful and some guys can't be THAT active and are getting kicked from the clans)...

Also, the clan wars should be creating a sense of leadership in the clans, and that's not happening in the current system (it's messy, it's just too much to manage)

Anyway, I said too much already... but the current system is not working, we should and we can make it much, much, much better...
