I love making breakfast in a glass see though mug. You make grits layer in the bottom, then sausage or ham or any breakfast meat you like, then cheese, cut up boiled egg, and chopped tomatoe on the top. It makes a wonderful breakfast anytime.

Yum definitely going to try this... but I think I will leave out the gravy and just make it to have on the side... I bet this would be good with some chopped veggies in it... like sweet red pepper and a little onion.. or tomatoes...

This looks so good! I’m not a huge black pepper fan. Are all sausage gravy mixes heavy on the pepper? If so, maybe I should just make my own. Thanks for sharing this recipe!
