I would say that she will have fire powers reasons
1) her hair is ginger red hair which represents fire and Elsa hair's white which represents snow
2)Anna loves the hot seasons while Elsa loves the cold season
3)Anna loves anything hot apart from the snowman while Elsa loves anything cold
4)Anna has this type of friendly spirit which connects with the power of fire while Elsa has this shy spirit
This is just a few reasons while I think Anna should have fire powers

Elsa froze Anna HEAD in childhood, not her heart. That accident would happen in the main part of the movie when they were grown or nearly grown.

Plot idea: I would like them to actually introduce frozen an actual villain. An idea is elemental kings like the ice king and the fire king, brothers born from magic but one of them grows jealous and develops hatred for the other, leaves the clan and becomes the fire king. It would connect well with Elsa’s powers since she is the successor to the ice kings powers and Anna with the fire kings. But that mean they would have to be related. What if the sisters were direct descendants are the kings, would make sense for their powers.

There’s more the idea but it’s a long explanation. I have an entire plot for the frozen. 3 and 4 movies so if you would want to know let me know

I feel like Anna is strong with or without powers, in frozen 1 Elsa was the main character or what the movie focuses on but it also showed how strong Anna is as she grew up despite everything she went through and in frozen 2 she was the next main character/focus on the show as seen from the beginning of the song "some things never change" to the last song that was"the next right thing" i think it also confirmed how strong Anna was cause of everything she's done (including saving her sister 2 times in a row) when Elsa said: "the bridge has 2 sides, and mother had 2 daughters" I immediately knew Anna was some kind of back-up incase Elsa fails to do one thing, Elsa would be the same if Anna failed on something too. Or they could be both equal idk

I think the trolls took Anna's magic, so instead of Anna having fire it ended up with the salamander. In The first movie The head of The trolls said: I recommend we remove ALL Magic, even memories of magic, which therefore might imply that Anna had magic, think about it🤔

I think Anna does have powers but they dormant from the trolls until she grew up and now it is coming strong.. I can see Anna and Elsa do some fighting to see who might be the stronger one in the end come better together in the end.

She can get powers without changing the whole story what if the trolls not only deleted annas memorys of elsas power, and when their parents saw what elsa could do they probaly feared what anna could do so they concealed annas power, and in the next movie it could be a villain so strong anna needed to get her powers
