Avdshare Audio Converter also helps to convert OGG to MP3 or convert MP3 to OGG. It has both Mac and Windows version

I dunno if anyone else had this problem but sometimes I would get only partial conversions. I found out that after you "start" the conversion ....the next process is the actual conversion and its kinda like a load screen. Let the process finish and bam! full conversion. (yes you must do this with every mp3-.ogg coversion)

Thanks a lot it worked. In my version I didn't need to change the extension to .ogg while naming the file (it only appears .mp4), so I just chose .ogg from the menu.
