A construction front loader was used to steal an ATM in Seattle’s North Queen Anne neighborhood early Tuesday morning, leaving a trail of destruction in its path.
The incident took place around 4 a.m. Tuesday when someone stole a large construction front loader tractor. The front loader was driven into the parking lot of the Seattle Pacific University bookstore and used to steal an ATM.
SPU shared surveillance video with KOMO News, which shows the thief driving the front loader into the ATM, anchored at the corner of the bookstore's brick building.
The surveillance video also shows the driver of the front loader back out onto West Nickerson Street and pushing the ATM down the street.
