This came on my Spotify radio 1 year ago as I was coming home from my first hrt appointment. It felt like this was on purpose. The lyrics were saying "this is a new beginning! You don't have to live in secrecy or cynicism anymore." I was finally allowed to be who I was meant to be and live with an open heart. This is the song that I play every year on that day, June 12th.

A week later after its release. I'm still absolutely stunned by the sound that this song brought me. I already love Mazare and every song he made ever since his first appearance on Monstercat, but this one just got me good. I honestly don't know how to express my feelings in words, this song just grabs me and takes me on a journey, every time I listen to it. It's a blessing to be alive now and be able to listen to music like this. I can't say I haven't dropped a tear listening to this song the first time, and it stays just as good no matter how many times I play it. Absolutely beautiful. I'm almost speechless.

I remembered Keepsake who used to be known as Richard Caddok years ago (even right before the name of Uncaged started existing), it sure is good to see him come back here in the label again after such a while! :)



Alright, time for my edit: In my opinion, I do actually liked this along with the last release from Mazare (just in a much different way of course), but even quite more than That's On You (at least by the vocals here in specifically), especially the heavy classic rock with Keepsake's vocals, and the part at 3:01 was pretty mind-blowing with the beats going halftime, nice job here Richard & Mazare! :)

I firmly believe that Richard Caddock is one of the best vocalists to ever grace EDM, every time I hear that voice I just get shivers and goosebumps. Thank you so much for this song. I really hope to hear more from you soon, This Time Around is easily one of my favorite songs ever. I’m keeping my fingers crossed for the ten year anniversary this summer.

Mazare keeps on coming with his Drum&Bass, and this is one more amazing song for the list! The collab with Keepsake came as a surprise, but it nonetheless turned out really good! And I love the comeback of Keepsake, AKA Richard Caddock. Was about time hehe.
I probably say this every time again, but I really look forward to more from Mazare. No matter what he does, everything he makes turns out to be gold, and I'm a fan.
