Fun Fact: Chuck actor really did slam his head and died on the spot. In order not to ruin the series and have some continuity, they hired another actor gave him plastic surgery and a vocal change. Amazing. Vravo Bince!

Genuinely a super informative clip from the commentary because I’ve wondered forever how they shot this. I always assumed SOME kind of padding was used but didn’t think about them using a wire to prevent him from using all of his weight in the head slam. Cool stuff!
