Hi, that's a weird signal. I'm listening to it now on kiwi SDR from Bad Bentheim Germany. It's very strong, different patterns can be heard. But I didn't hear much of it when I tried SDRs in Northern Finland.

That's definitely Kontayner. Weird to see it that high up. It's also funny to see people comment on these videos who have no idea what they're talking about, and probably don't even own a SW receiver/SDR
