You can now tag people using the @ mention sign directly on YouTube. You can tag other channels in the title or description of any of your videos.
You can't use this option in YouTube comments yet. You can also use a channel name inside YouTube tags.

This is great for tagging another channel that you have to promote it on your main channel.

it's also great for collaboration videos and tagging the channel you are collaborating with.

You can also use it to get the attention of a channel you are mentioning in your video. Mention channel name in the title or description of the video by using the @ symbol and name of the channel.
