Toei Animation Removing My Content Part 1

After seeing the horror story from @TotallyNotMark I was hoping that Toei Animation wouldn't try to attack other content creators from fair use. However, I was wrong.

Toei Animation is trying to remove my piano tutorial of Bink's Sake from YouTube for using clips from One Piece in the tutorial. Under the fair use doctrine, I am legally able to use video clips, as my video is transformative, educational, and does not take away from the commercial success of One Piece.

What Toei Animation is doing is wrong, and something needs to be done.

Th3Birdman tends to black out the video after every 5s and let the audio go (putting a funny caption of not angering the copyright gods), then puts the video back for another 5-6s, and repeat. Maybe you should show a PowerPoint of slideshow fade transition images for whatever reference visual you're adding to ur content. The pettiness is high in Toei.
