Toyota put into reverse while driving 60mph

Just wanted to see if my car would stay in neutral if it was put it in reverse

I did this in my old dodge truck going 80kph, open differential thankfully. so when it grabbed i did a sick reverse burnout going forwards for a couple seconds.

I’ve tried this a few times by accident looking for 6th gear in a 5 speed car and the transmission will very loudly tell you that it wouldn’t like to go there right now

I did this on accident to my 2023 Corolla le because I tried to rev the car but I put it on reverse on accident and when I pressed the gas the car no longer wanted to drive and whenever I put the car back to (drive) my car started overheating and it was because I blew the intercooler and all the coolant was drained out of the car which caused my car to overheat 😢😅 but now I gotta pay $1300 to fix it 😭😭

even 90s car have safety features like this.... when I tried in my car going 30 mph, car shuts off... of course, I almost got accident

This is an automatic. No problems here since the gearbox doesn't actually engage the reverse. The computer just shifts to neutral.
