Hi I have a problem with mine. Firstly the speed n rpm don't work. 2ndly, there are 2 ic chips that are getting way too hot don't know why. I removed the cluster plugs but now that merc won't start, it cranks but not starting. I can hear a pump run when I turn on the key. Is that the fuel pump or something else? Why is the ic heating up and why it doesn't start. All fuese are checked all OK.
