Hmmm, sorry I’m going to disagree with you on bungalows, I have 4 detached bungalows in my portfolio, and got a viewing on a 5th, I was dubious when I got my first but I’ve never looked back and never had problems renting them, they fly out, bungalows seem to have more land around them than detached houses and that in itself is a good attraction .
In actual fact based on my experience you get a better paying renter, but I’m happy you’re not into them because it leaves less competition 😊
