I’m not sure you know what HIR actually coz there definitely is no such thing as an HIR LED lol. HIR stands for halogen infrared; and isn’t your standard halogen bulb.

Funny. Even the streetlights are better light on the halogen side?? Almost seems like there is some filter added??

The LED bulbs put out too much light on the ground infront of the car. Pause video at 41 seconds and compare. The LED lights up the foreground to much so the camera adjusts and dim everything in the distance(as confiremd by the ISO number). Well guess what.... our eyes do the same thing. Do not use these LED bulbs, they are dangerous, and this video demonstrates why.

The Halogen has better coverage with similar brightness. this particular LED is not worth for the price point of view. HIR2 halogen cost ~$10 and last 8-10 years with 1 hours nightly driving.

An LED light without a lens does not make any sense

Halogen is better. THere is more reach. LED throws all light too much in front...sharp cutoff ; distance is not good.

ISO information without exposure time and aperture is useless.
