Can you tell me which bolts are best for concrete. How long should they be? How thick? If possible please in metric sizes.

can i mount P4 bar to the ceiling same way like you mounted the P3 ?

Garage gyms are not feasible here in Maine without a heating source. Very often the garage will 10-15 degrees colder than outdoors.

Hey Guys, my walls are hollow concrete blocks. Im pretty sure that if bolt it into the wall it will rip out after a few kipping pull-ups.

what would you recommend i do to secure it to the wall without drilling straight through and bolting the other side of the wall?

Hi, I weigh 85 kg and my walls are concrete, i want a p4 (the biggest) will i be able to set it up and do muscle ups on it ? not just regular pull ups ..and if i where to wall mount the p4 upside down ..on a vertical wall not the ceiling will it stand strong ? ..and will the bits and peaces ( screws, washers .. etc, come included on purchase ? and will they support my body weight?  ?
