Godzilla spines are called dorsal fins. They are there to charge up his atomic breath. The bigger they are, the more power his breath. In recent films, Godzilla uses them as a light show to intimidate his opponent. They also represent his “crown”: Godzilla’s design did get inspired from a stegosaurus, so you were not far off.

Aw, thank you for picking Mister Rogers for the wheel choice. I’ve had a love for Mister Rogers my whole life so when those pops came out, I definitely had to collect them all so it was really cool to see some appreciation for a classic figure. As an FYI, there are actually four full size pops counting the Tom Hanks one (there’s a B&N exclusive where he has the King Friday puppet). :)

I'll be the first one to say it, the Godzilla Funko pop, is literally the very first and best original design Funko has ever made, it is so unique from the other copy paste funkos, Funko only reuses the Funko model for every single figure, and the Godzilla Funko is just so gorgeous and original, it's a masterpiece
