This is NOT a fix. There is a massive difference between the encoders. x264 has lousy motion detection and anything with lots of motion (most video games) will look absolutely terrible on stream or on video using this encoder. This is just a band-aid to get you back up and running again.

Bro this is working because you will just record by the power of your CPU, but if you don't have a nice CPU your recording/live stream will be laggy.This is not a solution if you have a bad CPU, there is no wonder why we all have our encoder on NVENC because that will record and use the power of GPU, so if you will record from CPU having a bad one, the recording will be laggy and your CPU will be on a higher temperature that will cause more problems!

what if i don't want to use the mobo encoder? i need it to run on the nvidia encoder because it prioritizes the gpu as the encoder and takes the pressure off my cpu. my stream pc is older so i need this kind of balance otherwise i get laggy streams.
