1 heat of 8 athletes. Each athlete gets three :45 second runs. Best run counts, ranked 1-8. Judges will rank competitors throughout the contest.

Those top 3 were all really close. Splitting hairs to decide who deserved gold. Momiji has incredible style. If she hit the big double set I think gold would’ve been hers

Creo que el puntaje se basa en la proligidad y complejidad de los trucos dependiendo de los lugares en donde se hacen, si en lugares mas altos o mas bajos o en combos, y no de forma independiente..

Asi que creo que todos los puntajes fueron bastante justos y correctos.

Women's skating has gotten so much better in the last couple years. Skyrocketed. I feel like 10 years ago or so it was just starting to take off (prior to that you did have some women skaters, like Elissa Steamer, true, but it was a really small crowd and not very prominent). But then in the last couple years it has just taken off... It's good to see. I enjoy these contests.
