The dead characters’ last scenes are so satisfying, like they’re leaving and moving on as the living characters should. Hannah finally moved on in “Bye”, Monty moved on and told Winston to do the same at prom, Bryce and Jessica moved on after getting closure, and now Clay and Justin are moving on, finding out that he helped shape Justin’s life.
