I have CMF phone 1 and my father has samsung m35 and the conclusion is that if you are looking for good camera, feature rich software, good multimedia experience and insane battery life then go for samsung.
If your priority is gaming and you want a fast, responsive phone with a very good software experience and also you want a unique design then go for CMF.
