I feel like this is laid out so nicely! That clothing rack even fits perfectly into that little cubby of the wall so it’s out of your way. Love the exposed brick, too.

This is a cute place. Hope moving day was successful. One thing you should invest in is a deadbolt for that front door. I am surprised there is not one. That standard lock and chain is not really secure enough. I think a deadbolt lock is pretty cheap to install if your landlord will not pay for it. Having that loft makes this space really comfortable.

O love the apartment except for the loft. I would use the loft for storage and get s couch that turned into a bed. I would get some logs and put in the fireplace that flicker and put up s shell for a msntel

I stumbled upon your vlogs while apartment hunting in nyc. I'm having a bit of trouble finding a place, but hopefully once im closer to my move-in date something will pop up. I love the loft btw! if I had a studio, it'd be a must-have for me so I can have more space on the bottom floor for a desk and a couch. But yeah I like your style, I know this video is a bit older but I hope nyc is treating you well :)
