This May, Phillips will present what many consider to be the most important wristwatch ever made by Vacheron Constantin, putting an end to a 27-year-long treasure hunt that began when a photo of the watch appeared in “L’Univers Vacheron Constantin Genève". Phillips reveals for the first time the incredible story behind the making of this piece unique from 1940--which features a minute repeater and a retrograde calendar--and how it was brought back to life almost 80 years later by the original maker.
