I wonder how difficult this is? Im a snowboarder so im assuming the texture of the sand may make it a little more difficult to maneuver around.

Is it easier than snowboarding? As in silky sands, you don't have to worry about the hidden rocks.

Those dunes are super tough to hike up but if you bring a board it's worth it.
